Processing Times |
As all orders are handled by one person processing times may fluctuate. Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Preorders will only be shipped once the items are in hand and after quality checking. This process can take up to 3 months depending on the item. |
Address Changes | Changes to the address can be made as long as the order's label has not been created. To request an address change please send an email to help@lizbiecafe.com with your full name, order number, and correct address. If your order has already been shipped, we will have to wait until the package is returned to me before I can resend the package. This process can take up to 3 weeks depending on the speed of USPS. |
Order Cancellations | You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to request an order cancellation. There will be a 10% processing and restocking fee on all cancellations. Cancellations will only be refunded back to your original payment method. Your refund will require a processing time for your bank or credit card company, it is not instant. To request a cancellation please send an email to help@lizbiecafe.com with your full name and order number. |
Package Arrived Damaged or Missing Items

Please email me with either photographs of damages or the description of items not included in your package, your information, the order number to help@lizbiecafe.com *immediately*. If it is longer than 1 week of receiving the package without notifying me of any issues I reserve the right to not replace any items. |
